Shipping & delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Delivery charge

Standard delivery is AED 15 per order. The delivery charge and any applicable tax are disclosed before you place your order. No international delivery is offered at present.

Delivery timing

We will confirm the estimated delivery window when your order is processed. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If we cannot deliver your order as agreed, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and an applicable refund.

Address and receiving your order

Please provide an accurate UAE address, emirate, area, building or villa number, and a reachable mobile number. Tell us promptly if details need correcting. Inspect the parcel when received and contact us if an item is damaged, leaking, missing or incorrect. Photos may help us investigate; they do not replace your statutory rights.
