These terms govern purchases from Desert Zcent. Read them with our shipping, returns and privacy policies. Mandatory UAE consumer rights take precedence over inconsistent terms.

Products and descriptions

Read each product listing for its size, concentration, ingredients or safety information where supplied. Fragrance perception and longevity vary with skin, application and environment. Editorial campaign images are illustrative; the images and description on the relevant product listing identify the item offered for sale. We do not promise specific performance unless expressly stated for that product.

Orders and availability

Orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance. An automated acknowledgement records receipt of your order and does not by itself confirm acceptance. We will confirm acceptance and dispatch, or promptly explain a stock or pricing issue and offer the appropriate options. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed price without your consent.

Prices, tax and delivery

Prices are in AED. Applicable VAT is included in displayed consumer prices where required and itemised in checkout or the invoice. Standard UAE delivery is AED 15 per order. The complete payable total is disclosed before order submission. VAT is collected only where legally applicable.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are available only once an authorised payment provider has been activated. We do not request full card details by email. Your payment provider's processing terms may also apply.

Delivery and returns

Our shipping and returns policies explain delivery arrangements, cancellation requests and refund procedures. For goods that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed, we provide the remedy required by UAE consumer law.

Safe use

Use fragrances externally as directed on the packaging. Avoid eyes and irritated skin. Keep away from children and, where flammable, heat and open flames. Stop use if irritation occurs. Check the product label for relevant warnings and allergens.

Website use and liability

Do not misuse this website or infringe its content rights. We take reasonable care with website information but may need to correct errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law and contact

Applicable UAE federal law and the laws of the competent emirate govern these terms, without restricting mandatory consumer protections or access to competent courts and authorities.
